Chicha Morada: traditional homemade Peruvian drink made of purple corn

Pollo a las Brasas with papas fritas and fried plantains

Jalea Mixta: deep fried fish, shrimp, squid topped with onions in lime juice. Served with corn and fried yucca. Super good with this spicy sauce they had on the table.

Alfajor: cookie with dulce de leche sandwiched in the middle
